Scheduling appointments
Scheduling appointments can be complex and often requires trained front office personnel to book an appropriate appointment time for your needs.
Call our front desk anytime to schedule your appointment. We prioritize personal, individualized communication so you will not be diverted into a voicemail tree. You may leave a message if the office is closed, and the front office personnel will return your call early on the next business day. Please do not leave any urgent or emergent information on our message system – you may always page a physician after hours if you need advice.
If you would like to book an appointment by email or online, you may utilize messaging in the Patient Portal to do so. Our medical assistants and front office personnel check the portal frequently, so if you do not receive a call back within 3-4 office hours after your email was sent, please call.
Simply sign into the Patient Portal and press the “send message” button located at the top right of the page. If we have your email address you will automatically be sent an email with log in information. If you have a password and forget it you may request another.
